There is a Season

How do Advent, Christmas, Ordinary Time, Lent, and Easter connect with a person’s spiritual life? For some people, the Church’s liturgical seasons have everything in the world to do with their walk of faith; for others, these seasons have little relevance; still others may be uncertain about their spiritual meaning.
