Florentino Sotto Lim, comes from a family of Ibanag from Isabela in the Philippines.

After 27 years with the Trappists and careful discernment guided by his superiors , and with the approval of the Holy See, Fr Tino left and transferred to the newly founded religious order, the CIHM, at Jordan, Guimaras where he continues his monastic life whilst serving the poorest of the poor.
